If you are a registered charity or a not-for-profit community group helping people in need you can register with Giving World Online to access business surplus, free of charge*. Our aim is to support disadvantaged people with free basic necessities, providing 'access to excess', as well as reducing landfill.

Please select only what you need, when you need it.  Please also note the location of the goods as you will be responsible for arranging collection and paying any transport costs.

(*Security checks are carried out to verify charitable status as well as ongoing monitoring and validation of transactions).

Please note the following conditions:

  1. Goods are available ONLY for the charity’s own use or for distribution to people in need. 
  2. Goods are NOT for resale in charity shops, fayres etc or for use at fundraising events/auctions. 
  3. Unless otherwise specified, goods are for use in the UK only. 
  4. Charities must not contact the business again once a transaction has been completed.
  5. Giving World Online reserves the right to withdraw registration if these guidelines are breached.
