Discovery Communications is the world's number one pay-TV programmer, reaching more than two billion cumulative subscribers in over 220 countries and territories around the world.

And as if that wasn't enough, they have chosen Giving World as part of their volunteering initiative for 2014.

On 20th June, Giving World will be setting up camp at the Discovery European Headquarters based in London. There, Discovery employees will help pack goods for distribution to the most vulnerable in our communities.

The packed goods will then be distributed to front line charities supporting the 13.4 million people living in poverty in the UK today. The goods will help cash-strapped families make their money go further at a time of crisis.
