1. Use of website

Giving World Online Limited ("we", "us" or "our") values you and respects your privacy. We collect certain personal data to support our relationship with you, improve our services and communicate promotions or special services. At all times we endeavour to maintain and use such personal data responsibly. 8. Paypal and BT Donate

When you make an online donation via the Website, we collect personal data such as your name, billing address and email address, if you have not already provided these details on registration. All online donations are handled by either Paypal or BT Donate pursuant to their terms of service which you should review. You should also review their privacy policies to see how it handles your personal data such as credit card or bank account information. We do not collect or have access to the credit card or bank account information that Paypal or BT Donate collects to process online donations. However, we keep a record of your Giving World Online account information and donation history.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

9.1 We may update and modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Privacy Policy on the Website.
